Birmingham Institute of Art and Design (BIAD) is one of the largest centres for art, architecture and design education in Birmingham.
BIRMINGHAM UNIVERSITY is a British Redbrick university located in the city of Birmingham, England.
Founded in Edgbaston in 1900 as a successor to Mason Science College the University is home to the Barber Institute of Fine Arts, housing works by Van Gogh, Picasso and Monet.
The grand buildings were an outcome of the £50,000 given by steel magnate and philanthropist Andrew Carnegie to establish a “first class modern scientific university.”
