- TOEFL or IELTS score, which stands as a proof of English language competence.
- For MBA in UK, the candidate must have a UK Tier 4 visa commonly known as UK student visa.

Scholarship Schemes:
With a view to cater to the increasing number of students, the University of Northampton has initiated various scholarship schemes for students on the basis of their academic and professional merit. Under these schemes the students may receive up to 25% waiver of tuition fee under certain conditions. However, the scholarship is granted only to overseas students i.e. it does not include students from UK or EU. There is also an Abbey-Santander Masters Scholarship of £20,000 being offered to students from countries like Spain and Portugal.
